Kevin and I went on a date. Ok, it’s not the first time we went on a date. We actually manage to go out or find ways to spend time together all the time. But we decided after 20 years of marriage that we didn’t want to wait for another special anniversary before we did special things together. So we went to see Monty Python’s Spamalot. It is (and I quote)

They had favorite lines that everyone expects to hear with just enough of a twist to keep it new (like working in a line about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). There were times I went, “hmmm” and others I felt completely guilty for laughing. But I laughed a LOT.
We both agreed that our favorite character was the Lady of the Lake. You could really tell she had a great time with her character.
All-in-all it didn’t take our breath away like Wicked, but we both had a great time and really enjoyed the show.
Seeing it with Kevin made it even better (Awwwww…. )
